Isabel Amaral - Unipessoal, L.da is a company dedicated to the consultancy and training in the areas of image, protocol and communication as well as personal and professional development.
The company, created in September of 1996, has organized in Portugal and abroad lectures, professional trainings and individual executive coaching in the following areas:

In the consultancy area, the company has been asked to collaborate with official institutions and communication enterprises in the organization of special events in Portugal.
Isabel Amaral is one of the most requested Portuguese specialists in matters of Image, Communication and Protocol, being responsible for several executive coachings in Portugal, Spain and People's Republic of China.
She is the author of books “Image and Success - guide of protocol for companies” (8 editions), “Image and Internationalization – how to have success in the global market” of the Editorial Verbo and co-author of the Ceremonial book, edited for the National Comité of Public Ceremonial of Brazil in 2008.
She has articles published in several Portuguese and foreign periodicals and magazines.
Having a superior degree in International Relations awarded by the ISCSP-Technical University of Lisbon, she speaks several languages and runs a consulting company that organizes and carries through numerous trainings, in Europe, America, Asia and Africa, and gives protocol consultancy for official and institutional events.
Isabel Amaral has been a keynote speaker at most of the international meetings of protocol in Portugal, Spain, Brasil, Italy and Argentina. She is the coordinator of the post-graduation in Image, Protocol and Organization of Events, in the ISLA, Superior Institute of Languages and Administration of Lisbon, as well as a teacher in universities in Portugal, Spain and Brazil.
She is President of the APEP - Portuguese Association of Studies of Protocol, vice-president of OICP - International Organización of Ceremonial y Protocol and corresponding member of the Academy Argentina de Cerimonial.
In 2006, Isabel Amaral received the Medal of Ceremonial and Protocol awarded by the AEP (Spanish Protocol Association) in Madrid, Spain, for “her great work as professor, for her numerous publications and her protocol work at the service of several public and private institutions”. In the same year she received a tribute by CNCP, the National Comité of Public Ceremonial, during the Opening Solemnity of XIII the National Congress of Public Ceremonial, in São Paulo (Brazil).
